I was recommended to this shop by another auto shop I trust, which Is Monroe Automotive. And I actually went to another transmission shop first which is mackies transmission and They tried to rip me off and make me get a whole new transmission so I decided to bring it to complete transmission repair in Bogart and they did a fantastic job. They were Very honest about everything and worked very quickly on the matter.

I have a Buick enclave one of the years that is very known to be not one of the greatest. I called and spoke with the owner and set a day and time for me to bring my car up there. I brought my car with the tool and the parts I had purchased and told him what was going on. He informed me that he agreed with possibly what was wrong with my vehicle but he wanted to get a look in there and just to make sure that was all or if that is what was wrong. He has kept me up to date with what is going on and he's very accommodating and I would recommend him to anybody to get any kind of work that he does on their vehicle done.

Complete Transmission is the best transmission shop in my area. My truck is driving better than before the torque converter even began slipping. Randall replaced the torque converter another shop had replaced twice a month ago (continued slipping). I had a terible experience with the former shop and the manager was awful. Randall was fair, honest, and knew what he was doing. They will be the only ones to ever deal with any transmission troubles I ever have in the future.
